Our vision to help alleviate the nursing shortage and improve patient care in countries facing a shortage of nurses. As International RN LLC, our goal is recruiting highly skilled and qualified international nurses and matching them with healthcare facilities in need of staffing support.

We also aim to provide resources and support to international nurses to help them successfully transition to a new country and healthcare system. This support may include assistance with visa and credentialing processes, language and cultural training, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
